Le reseau a trois composantes:
* accueillir et regrouper les militants sociaux democrats résidant a Londres et dans le Sud Est d'Angleterre en vue de nouer des contacts et d'échanger des idées sur les politiques locales et européennes
* définir une plateforme électorale et une campagne communes pour les futures élections européennes
* participer aux campagnes electorales de nos confreres socialistes a travers l'Europe et être un lieu de militantisme actif pour les camarades expatriés
